Gynae Surgery Module A→V: Abdominal Surgeries

 

This course is a compilation of all the abdominal and vaginal surgeries related with Gynaecology which will be helpful to all the students who are pursuing their postgraduation in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, DNB and MRCOG students and practicing gynaecologists.


There are 2 parts in the Module

  • Gynae surgery Module -V: Vaginal Surgeries

The course starts with the anatomical concept of all the surgeries. In video lectures, first the concept of surgeries has been built with the help of line diagrams and images and then surgeries have been demonstrated with high quality videos and voice overs.


Consolidated lectures at one place with detailed explanation and video demonstration will be helpful to all the subscribers who can rewind, revise and visualize multiple times as per their convenience.


If the subscribers want to build up on obstetric surgeries, surgical instruments and endoscopic equipments and instruments, ergonomics and energy sources, they should be subscribing to course 2,6 and 9 also.

A1: Abdominal wall anatomy and incisions: In this abdominal wall anatomy has been discussed in relation to various abdominal incisions used in gynaecological procedures


A2: Surgical Pelvic anatomy-1: In this video, various retroperitoneal spaces have been disussed in relation to surgeries


A3: Surgical Pelvic Anatomy-2: In this vessels and nerves have been discussed along with their correlation with various surgeries


A4: Abdominal Hysterectomy-1: Types of simple hysterectomy, Radical hysterectomy and level of lymphadenectomy has been explained


A5: Abdominal Hysterectomy-2: Steps of Abdominal hysterectomy have been explained


A6: Abdominal Hysterectomy -3: Steps of hysterectomy have been explained with the help of video demonstration


A7: Abdominal Hysterectomy-4: Approach towards difficult abdominal hysterectomy has been discussed and demonstrated


A8: Abdominal Myomectomy-1: Various types, preoperative preeration, instruments, steps and postoperative care has been elaborated


A9: Abdominal Myomectomy-2: Myomectomy has been explained with the help of video demonstration


A10: Abdominal Myomectomy-3 Tourniquet application and Myomectomy has been explained with the help of video demonstration


A11: Abdominal Myomectomy-4 Endometrial suturing during myomectomy has been explained and demonstrated


A12: Abdominal Myomectomy-5: approach in case of multiple myoma has been explained along with video demonstration of multiple myoma myomectomy


A13: Ovarian Cystectomy-1: Concept of various type of cyst and the principle of cystectomy has been explained


A14: Ovarian Cystectomy-2: Video demonstration of dermoid cystectomy


A15: Ovarian Cystectomy-3: Video demonstration of cystectomy in 4 year old girl


A16: Ovarian Cystectomy-4: Demonstration and explanation of endometrioma surgery

A18: Ectopic pregnancy surgical management: All types of surgical management of ectopic pregnancy have been explained and demonstrated e. tubal ectopic, cornual ectopic , scar ectopic


A19: Radical Hysterectomy: All the steps of radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy have been explained with the help of videos and image


A20: Tubal recanalization: Principles of tubal surgery have been explained along with demonstration of the procedure


A21: Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy: Steps of laparoscopic hysterectomy have been explained with the help of videos along with technique in cases of large uterus and previous surgeries


A22: Postpartum sterilization: indication, principle and ideal technique of postpartum sterilization is discussed and demonstrated


A23: Laparoscopic Sterilization: Principle and technique of laparoscopic sterilization has been explained

A 24: Presacral Dissection: In this how to dissect the presacral area in cases of sacrocolpopexy, Shirodkar sling surgery and presacral neurectomy has been discussed and shown
